About RiverRock
Most of my career has been spent inside operational and leadership environments where execution, communication, and organizational alignment mattered every day.
Over time, I found that many business challenges weren’t simply strategy or process problems. More often, they came down to how people, teams, and systems interacted under pressure.
That realization led me deeper into leadership development, behavioral insight, team dynamics, and organizational structure.
Today, I help leaders and organizations reduce friction, improve alignment, and create healthier execution systems through greater self-awareness, communication clarity, and practical organizational structure.
My background includes experience in:
• Lean organizational management
• Leadership and team development
• Materials and supply chain management
• Strategic planning and execution
• Production planning and operational systems
• Organizational and cultural dynamics
I’ve worked extensively with behavioral and leadership assessment frameworks to help individuals and teams better understand communication patterns, behavioral drives, strengths, and potential areas of friction.
At the core of my work is a simple belief:
Better self-awareness leads to better leadership, healthier teams, and stronger organizational performance.
